Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "mpo111" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at mpo111.cam, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, software, and services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to mpo111 and its operating entity.
• "You", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the mpo111 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the mpo111 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback allocation, or other non-cash incentive awarded by mpo111 to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process through which mpo111 confirms a Player's identity, age, and residence.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, in which all transactions on mpo111 are denominated.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, promotional programmes, customer support, and ancillary features offered through the mpo111 Platform.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

Access to and use of the mpo111 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo111 maintains a strict policy of not allowing access to individuals under the age of 21, consistent with our responsible gaming obligations. Age is verified through the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be suspended immediately.
• Residency: The mpo111 Platform is operated for and targeted at players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. If you are under any legal disability that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Not Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion request previously submitted to mpo111 that remains in effect at the time of access or registration.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active Account on mpo111. Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Own Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your mpo111 Account are your own funds, lawfully obtained, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

To access the full range of mpo111 Services, you are required to register an Account. By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. The following cond itions apply to Account Registration:

• You must provide a valid and unique email address that you own and control. This email address will serve as your primary contact channel with mpo111.
• You must create a secure password of no fewer than eight characters, incorporating at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one numeral, and one special character.
• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and Indonesian residential address as they appear on your government-issued identity document.
• You must designate at least one payment method for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Your designated payment method must be registered in your own legal name. mpo111 does not permit deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

KYC Verification: Following registration, mpo111 will initiate a KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a KTP, SIM, or passport) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. mpo111 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

mpo111 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

Deposits: mpo111 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are credited to the player's Account Balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by mpo111's payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. mpo111 does not impose a deposit processing fee on standard transactions, though individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining outstanding. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. mpo111 targets a processing time of under five minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or during periods of exceptional transaction volume.

Payment Methods Supported:

Withdrawal Limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier. VIP members benefit from elevated daily and weekly withdrawal limits commensurate with their tier level. Specific limits are communicated within the player's account dashboard.

Anti-Money Laundering: mpo111 maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with internationally recognised standards. mpo111 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction and to delay or decline any transaction that triggers an AML flag until satisfactory documentation is provided.

mpo111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which shall be read together with these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the real-money Account Balance.
• Each bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts constitute fraud and will result in permanent account termination.
• mpo111 reserves the right to void any bonus, and to forfeit any winnings derived from it, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's Account.
• mpo111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where such modification would materially prejudice players who have already commenced meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of any promotion before opting in. Queries regarding bonus terms may be directed to mpo111's customer support team at any time.

mpo111 offers a diverse range of gaming products, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF), live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and e-sports markets. Each product category is governed by the specific game rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or, in the case of casino games, by the certified game provider's outcome determination system. mpo111's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. Current stake limits are displayed within each game or market prior to bet placement. mpo111 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or game categories at its discretion.

Erroneous Odds or Payouts: In the event that a bet is placed at clearly erroneous odds — whether resulting from a technical error, a human error, or a market anomaly — mpo111 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Account Balance. mpo111 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly in such circumstances.

Game Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction or technical failure, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. mpo111 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, or browser-related errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending Account, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals and Bonus Balances, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in registering an Account in circumvention of any restriction imposed by mpo111.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with markets offered on mpo111.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using or attempting to use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain. Any such discovery must be reported to mpo111 immediately.
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful communications through any channel provided by mpo111.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the mpo111 Platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo111 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
• Damage to reputation or goodwill.
• Any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever.

mpo111's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the Platform during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit mpo111's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

mpo111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and constitutes an integral part of the agreement between you and mpo111. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by mpo111 is used for the following principal purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing financial transactions and complying with AML obligations.
• Delivering customer support services.
• Sending promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

mpo111 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver the Services and always subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

Suspension by mpo111: mpo111 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where mpo111 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as set out in Section 7.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being used to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement requirements necessitate Account restriction.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting mpo111 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, mpo111 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money Account Balance within five business days, provided KYC verification is complete and no active fraud investigation is in progress.

Effect of Closure: Upon Account closure — whether initiated by mpo111 or by the player — any remaining Bonus Balance will be forfeited unless mpo111 in its discretion determines otherwise. Real-money Account Balances will be returned subject to completion of any required verification checks.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and all marketing communications are halted. Players in self-exclusion are encouraged to seek support from recognised problem gambling organisations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mpo111 Platform, the following process shall apply:

1. Informal Resolution: You should first contact mpo111 customer support and provide a clear written description of the nature of the dispute. mpo111 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through informal means, you may submit a formal written complaint to mpo111. mpo111 will conduct a thorough internal review and provide a final written response within 14 business days of receipt of the formal complaint.
3. Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following the completion of mpo111's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body as directed by mpo111 in its final response.

mpo111 and the Player agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and that neither party shall bring or participate in any class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action in connection with any claim arising under these Terms.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
